This Walgreens location is absolutely filthy. The sidewalks are disgusting, and the parking lot is covered in grease stains and grime. It looks like the premises haven’t been cleaned in years. They used to keep the property presentable by pressure washing regularly, but now it feels completely neglected. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for cleanliness at a place where people come for their health needs.

Horrible experience received a text message that prescription was ready. When I arrived about 8 hours later the rude young Hispanic female working the drive thur told me that it would not be ready until the following day after 1pm. She told me that the main call center sent me the text and the call center doesn't know the stores process. Why would a call center be sending a text prescription is ready when they don't know? Then I was told thay she can pull back the prescription and it would be ready in a few hours, but only 2 of the 3 would be available. Long behold I go back and hour later after receiving a call that the prescription was ready and all 3 were ready. Daniel the pharmacy manager was very helpful. Waited in line at the pharmacy an hour and they told me I had to leave because they were understaffed. There was literally one person behind me in line, they could have just waited until we were done and then shut it down. I'm already behind on my medication for literally an entire week because this Pharmacy failed to notify me that it was ready after they failed to apply my insurance and I had to call my doctor four times i am beyond upset, i get being short staffed but you literally could have just waited for me in the one person behind me to get my medication instead of wasting an hour of my life and then I was just going to have to go wait in line another hour inside

This place should have a world record for longest wait times for medication. I can't come get my medicine through this place without an hour wait minimum. It's almost like they are understaffed on purpose. You have 1 person working the drive through for both lanes and 1 person on the front desk. 90% of the time I see the rest of the staff just talking. It doesn't matter what time you come theres always a wait. There's no way it should take roughly 20 minutes a car to get through the drive through. Then you have the audacity to tell customers to come inside and wait in line for their medication. Top teir work guys just absolutely amazing. Open 24 hours nonsense. Never open 24 hours can't even get my medication before work.

My family and I where buying three full carts of candy for Halloween, we went to go ask for an extra cashier because we where going to slow them up. The lady who I spoke to told me in her exact words with a tone and attitude "maam I have four online orders to do and I only have two cashiers" when she said that I said "I understand" and walked away. I understand being stressed but that lady needs to work on her customer service
