Dr Dow gave full details of the procedure and recovery events involved in my case. Staff were all highly informative and very patient during my visit. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for your valued assistance on my behalf.
Dr. Dow was very attemtive and he took the time to explain his concerns about my situation. He took his time to gather my past medical history. I felt a peace and calmness at his knowledge about my treatment with options I felt comfortable with.
Loved the staff treatment. Oh, and didn't have to wait in lobby for hours. The medical assistant, Suie is awesome. Susie explained everything procedures prior to appointment. Doctor Dow took his time to explain and answer all questions, I never felt rushed.
It went well. We liked that he explained what he was going to do to Ray. Ray was happy to see what was going to be done to him and how Dr. Dow explained as well. Now he's hoping he has a good and quick recovery. 🙏GOD'S WILLING.
Met Dr. Dow on Monday. He really did impress me. Very "in the know" and willing to talk and explain what he knew so far. I would certainly recommend him.
