Extremely pleasant. I’m disabled and they were very helpful with my wheelchair and making me comfortable. Jerrika could not have been easier to talk with and she really listened and understood my concerns.

The NP was wonderful. Confident, clear and friendly. The office was confusing to find with a small paper taped up confirming the location. The front desk girls were less than welcoming as was the one taking me in.

The doctor listened to me and said she would look into my history before making a decision regarding my care. I wasn't put off, she wanted to have a chance to weigh what I wanted to do and look at my history to see if that would be the best way forward. She is giving me a chance to help her in the decision making process. She really listened.
