Today I tried to pick up my 6 year olds ADHD medication, like I have done many times over the last couple months. I have never had an issue until today. All of a sudden I need valid ID to pick up my son's medication. Was not told as to why it's suddenly required. Pharmacy manager was not nice about it either. He was very rude towards me. The associate who helped me wasn't exactly nice either. I'vw never had an issue with this location until today. DO BETTER. BE NICER.

Check the busiest hours for the pharmacy. I had to wait 50 minutes for a vaccine that I showed up to on time. I frequently have to call to confirm they actually have my medication when the app says they do. Understaffed, the employees are apologetic for the wait and I don't think they are to blame

If I could give zero stars that would be a better fit. What's the point of a 24hr pharmacy if you can't get anything filled late at night. The pharmacy staff is crazy unorganized & makes zero sense. They are running around looking completely unprofessional.

They would not address their errors when prescriptions from my PCP clinic were escribed or faxed. When we called it took 20minutes to answer. Then they hung up on my doctor.

It's a 24/7 Walgreens. They are a large chain and not a mom-&-pop store. They do not compound. What else do you need to know?
