Huntsville Family Vision

Doctor seemed nice but she was a little different on my visit. I asked the lady at the desk was she on medication or something because she acting strange but I was reassured she was ok. I believe my prescription was mixed up because I was unable to see out of my lens once I received my glasses. I called the office and was told to give it time for my eyes to adjust since it was my first time wearing glasses. After still unable to see thru my lens, I called back and was told that I waited to long and would have to pay for another exams. Smh. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, from the receptionist that helped us make the appointment to the Dr. The place is clean and they were really fast, also they are bilingual which was a plus for us. I really recommend this vision center.

Came in to get new contacts and had to return three times. Dr. still couldn't get the prescription correct, but told me it was a process and not to worry. Upon my next visit, I was told I would have to pay for each visit now?!? They are always running late, take people out of order, and then make you pay for something they aren't getting correct? I was the first appt and I still waiting a half hour to see the dr. Will never go back. Just a bunch of lazy money grabbers who don't care about their clients.

An amazing place to get your eye exam! I don't even live in Huntsville, but every time I need an eye exam, I come here! The friendliest and sweetest doctor and staff✨

Staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!
