Every time I come in to get my prescription filled from my dr I end up having to wait here anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I live an hour and half away and wait for my prescription and this is the only walgreens pharmacy I have ever seen that only has 3 to 4 people working. I hate to say this but I have sat at this pharmacy and waited like this every month to every other month and if you're white you'll get served when they get ready to serve you. I have watched them make white people wait at the drive through window but will stay for people of color. I have watched them take prescriptions after mine from people of color and fill them but I still have to wait. This is one of the most prejudice pharmaceutical companies I have ever been to. Been using this place for years! The pharmacy is always super nice. Usually, they try their absolute best to give you the best price that they can. Any issues I’ve ever had are always the fault of the Walgreens app, but they’ve always been quick to help me with any problem I’ve had.

want to take a moment to shout out Mike, because WOW. I was in the store and overheard a customer speaking so lowly about himself, and Mike responded with nothing but compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. He spoke life into that man in a way that was so real and heartfelt—it honestly made me emotional just listening. I’m a regular at this store, and moments like that matter. You never know what someone is carrying, and Mike showed exactly what humanity and kindness should look like. That interaction alone speaks volumes about his character. Please keep Mike forever. Truly. He deserves ALL the raises, all the recognition, and all the good things. Employees like him don’t just do their jobs—they change the atmosphere of an entire place. Walgreens, protect this man at all costs.

This has got to be the worst place to pick up prescriptions. The girls in pharmacy are the rudest group of people I ever have to deal with. Nothing will ever happen to them clearly for acting like that either. They'll have lines outside & at the counter and theyll still have zero sense of urgency- talking about their lives and what they doing after work.. you're dealing with sick people- in particular- my sick young son! Have some decency and respect! Makes no sense why we wait so many hours for meds to be filled, get the text & come up here & find out insurance dont cover it & they want you to pull around & come inside. But every car in front of me took 15 minutes- I couldn't wait in line for them to mix some cough syrup? They couldn't call & discuss these prescriptions? The customer serv

I tried to pick up a prescription 5 hours after it was sent to the pharmacy and i was told it wasn't available and there was no eta. I came back 3 hours later just for them to tell me then that they can't fill the prescription because it was filled less than 30 days ago. My main question is why didn't they tell me this during my first visit so I could call my doctor during office ours so I could fix the issue instead of giving me the run around and leaving me in the dark until 5pm.
