Whitesburg Pediatric Dentistry

I was originally referred to Rocket City Kids but had a horrible experience, so I ended up taking my son to Whitesburg Pediatric Dentistry. Even though they aren’t in our TRICARE/United Concordia network, it was worth every single penny. The entire staff, from the front desk to the doctor, was incredibly sweet, professional, and accommodating. My six‑year‑old had several major cavities and needed a good amount of dental work. He had never had dental work done before, so he was very nervous, but they were so gentle and reassuring with him. They were even able to complete the major work needed which was such a relief. Great bedside manner! Doctor Parker was very accessible, accommodating, and kind after my son's procedure. I highly recommend him for children who have ASD. His staff is great, too.

Today’s visit was such a positive experience for my child, and I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. From the very beginning, they took the time to talk her through every single step, explaining what was going to happen in a calm, kid-friendly way that truly eased her anxiety. They made sure she felt comfortable and safe, and they were very thoughtful about sedation — using only a small amount of laughing gas, just enough to help her relax. Dr Parker goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are comfortable and his entire staff are so sweet. This is the only dental office I’ve been to that is so caring. My experience with one child needing an extraction turned into me knowing I’ll move all three kids here.

My son has major anxiety and Dr. Parker and staff make him feel comfortable and less stressed. I drive 40 minutes to bring my son here just because of the best experiences we have had.
