I received the wrong medication even though the receipt said that I got the right medication i received The wrong one went in spoke to a manager of his name. Mario Rodriguez, he said he checked the cameras. I took my medication and nothing. He can do about it. They wouldn't even try. so I'm stuck with no antibiotics having to go deal with my insurance. And Walgreens did not give us shit so make sure you open the bag. Make sure your medication is right before you leave The store because once you leave the store, they're gonna do nothing about it. If it's wrong, very bad service and the manager's name again is Mario Rodriguez. He wouldn't help me at all.

…..Get more pharmacy staff, problem solved. Those poor pharmacy employee getting abused everyday for things they can’t control due to understaffing. It’s unfair to them and customers who have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Stop being greedy Walgreens and do better.

Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst! They are extremely unorganized they never know where my prescription is. They never answer the phone and when they do answer they hang up on you. My medication is never ready on time either. Seems like everyone who works at the pharmacy is lost. They need to do better somehow.

I left this pharmacy before because of horrible wait times. Went to Rite Aid and because they closed have been forced to come back. Wait times are horrible in person or in the phone. Sometimes I have been on hold from half hour to an hour and then their phone claims error and hangs up on you. Horrible unacceptable management. I wish Rite Aid came back.

They Never ever EVEERRRRRRR answer the dam phone at the pharmacy and when they do they leave you on hold for an ungodly amount of time. It is extremely frustrating when all you have is a question about whether or not they have the medication you need.
