Top-Tier Doctor, but Check-In Could Be Better. ​I’m giving 4 stars because the optometry care here is easily a 5/5, but the front desk experience brings the overall score down a bit. ​I had a 9:00 AM appointment, and while the office was clean and the wait times were surprisingly short, the check-in process felt cold. The front desk staff weren't very friendly and made the start of the visit feel a bit unwelcoming. It was clear they were busy, as appointments were scheduled back-to-back with people everywhere, but a little politeness goes a long way. ​Dr. David Shin and his assistant were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and took great care of me. The ladies who helped me pick out my frames were great! They made the process easy and fun, and I’m really happy with the pa

New patient to this Optometrist. Visit was fast and staff was all so helpful. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the end of choosing my glasses. They have won me over. It’s intimidating going into a new office and trying to take care of your health needs but this office truly meets up to all the kind and great reviews. I plan on being a patient for a long time. 😊 Thank you to all of you who work there. Sometimes a smile and kind voice matters to a lost or confused human being.

From check in to each phase of testing for the eye exam, to choosing frames, and patience with a small hiccup (on my own humility not having my Insurance card at the ready) they had an avenue to text them a screen shot of it so I could be seen and not reschedule...received instantly. Comfort and assurance in their quality of care and from Dr. To office staff to optometrists for fitting...even the cartoons choice of Looney Tunes to fit all ages...steller performance and I plan on keeping them...Blessed they took Medical/Molina...5 stars with slight suggestion....(A water cooler, to fill bottles that patients have especially the youth and eye exams for athletes, hydration is also necessary for eye health as well, I forgot to ask for a small sample contact case and contact solution...but the

My visit to Vision was excellent very efficient and the appointment time was right on schedule the optical attendant was good and the DR was very good at the testing and analysis of my eye conditions. I would highly recommend their optical place to anyone and this was my second visit with them in the past 2 yrs

Office was nice, staff was friendly. Dr did not explain much after exam. I had to ask several questions as he did not offer many findings. I am 71 and worried about cataracts. I felt dismissed.
