Very pleasant experience. It is very clean and neatly organized in the customer area, and I can see that it is also very clean in the back area. I came as a walk in for the COVID-19 vaccine and was promptly seen. The whole process was easy and thorough.

Went to get my COVID vaccine and they did a wonderful job. I was assisted very quickly and they were happy to answer any questions I had. They were accommodating and understanding when it came to my needle phobia too. I’ve never had an easy time getting a shot anywhere else but here. Between the excellent service and welcoming environment I’d definitely recommend them!

Bear Valley Pharmacy is the best pharmacy. It is family owned and operated, clean, and has very affordable prices. The owner is so nice. She’s very welcoming and polite and easy to talk to. An added plus is they have all three brands of covid vaccine. They are the only location in the high desert that has the J&J vaccine. I got my shot here and it was a positive experience. This small hometown pharmacy is wonderful! No more waiting in long lines for hours with staff that doesn’t communicate with each other like the big chains I’ve grown so tired of dealing with. Bear valley pharmacy is conveniently located, fast, efficient and worth it! When I call, I never get put on hold, and the process to refill a prescription is less than one minute! I love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for an easier way to get the medications my husband and I need without spending hours calling and waiting in lines. Bonus:... they offer free masks and Lysol.

My first time at this pharmacy and I must say I'm really impressed with the customer service and pleasant atmosphere. I did a walk-in for a Covid-19 vaccine and from start to finish it was a good experience and the staff was very knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding the vaccine.
