I love Walgreens ❤️ The Crossings location in Mt. Juliet is the closest to my home, so I visit it more than other locations. The store is always clean and tidy. The Employees are always nice and helpful. I love that Walgreens is often my one-stop shop! I can get in and out of the store quickly, and they have so many great sales. I'm thankful for Walgreens and so glad they are just down the street, and that makes it super convenient. Plus, they carry almost everything!

Pharmacy could use a lesson in professional customer courtesy when answering and ending a call. I understand some days are stressful and demanding but be mindful of the energy you put out. In particular to the male representative working mid day.

Honestly one of the best Walgreens I have been to as employees were so attentive and very friendly. It’s hard to find good service these days but these guys take the cake.

AVOID PHARMACY LIKE THE PLAGUE On a trip and twisted my back went to ER and needed Rx filled. Made mistake having hospital send Rx here. Was told repeatedly check back in a half hour. Explained to the chunky gal working window I came straight from ER and needed pain meds and asked if I could I find out where it is in the queue. That seemed to irritate them but got 1 of 3 Rx’s filled finally. We waited over 3 hours (1/2 hr they closed for lunch) checked again still not ready. I think they were slow walking the remaining Rx’s on purpose. Called back to hospital and had remaining Rx’s moved.

I've been going to Walgreens since since living in Memphis and also Nashville for the last 11 years. I've never had a problem with getting my medication nor any other items I may pick up. I can't compare Walgreens to any other pharmacy because I have never went to another one. GREAT JOB YOU DO WALGREENS
