Dr. Justin Hill is truly an exceptional physician. From the moment our appointment began, he took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns without rushing, and explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly. I've been a patient here for years and have even recommended several friends, but it's time to move on. The past two experiences have been awful. The first issue was a last-minute reschedule, from HPC, due to what I was told was a "personal matter" with the doctor. Life happens, and I understand that, but pushing my appointment out three months was completely unacceptable. Even with no fault of my own I was told that walk-in scheduling was not permitted when I suggested a mutually flexible solution. The second issue was even more frustrating. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, but because they wanted me there 30 minutes early (to fill out 10 minutes of paperwork that consists of answering redundant questions from the info provided via the portal and phone call) they refused to
Over the years the level of compassion and care have all but vanished. This includes that they are very closed minded and anti LGBTQ and will admit so when asked. I’d say save yourself the trouble and try somewhere else.
Update- Vicky here leaving this on my husband's account. Leaving this today on behalf of my Mother, Catherine Thorne and the wonderful care we received over the phone when we called the office this morning. We called due to some concerns of very high blood pressure that Mom was working on with Justin. He's excellent, but was out of the office, so not able to help today with a new medication Mom was recently put on. Tina answered the phone and was so helpful! She listened to our concerns and reassured us she would contact either a nurse or MariBeth who was working today. Very shortly after that call we got a call from a nurse named Jamie. First the black receptionist is extremely rude for no reason. Every appointment she’s rude. I was in a car wreck and told to follow up with my primary care doctor. I was refused care. They told me they don’t do worker’s compensation. Mind you I went in with head and neck pain and plus I also had an appointment. They didn’t offer any solution referrral or anything. I can take my money and insurance and be treated with better care
