Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Waited 1.5 hours while they “refilled” a prescription only to find out they couldn’t actually fill it for another 48 hours. No call, no text, nothing telling us it couldn’t be filled while we waited. Despite that, we were still polite and understanding. We were still met with eye rolls and rudeness from the pharmacy staff at even troubling them and asking for help. Awful.

The store is wonderful and I appreciate the extent that the pharmacy staff goes through to help make someone’s day. My experience was wonderful here by the pharmacy Tech who went out of her way to help me get a vaccine. 10/10 recommend

The entire staff, and head pharmacist, ALWAYS provide top-notch service. After years of using other pharmacies, I decided to switch to this store because of the consistent professionalism, promptness, courtesy and genuine helpfulness this entire staff provides. Unlike some other pharmacies I’ve been to, these hard workers never treat you like an inconvenience and go above and beyond to take time to explain things and provide genuine care and assistance despite how busy they are. I wish all pharmacies provided this platinum standard of professionalism, assistance and courtesy! I strongly recommend this location for all your pharmacy needs! Excellent work!!!

Went in yesterday to get my vaccinations. I arrived at 3:20pm for my 3:40pm appointment so I could fill out paperwork, and wasn't seen until 4:40pm. They were incredibly busy the entire time I was there however, the pharmacy techs were pretty incredible. They were very nice to everyone despite being slammed and constantly running around non-stop. The tech who gave me the shots was absolutely wonderful, despite being overworked she seemed filled with joy and gave off great vibes and made me feel safe. I've never been here before and, while it took over an hour to get the shots, I had a good experience.

It never fails…. When I go in this store… they all need to be fired… they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…. And please check the PHARMACY AS WELL… But this is what has happened today.. This happened at the front not at the pharmacy…. Anyhow I bought something that I had to take back… the cashier told me that I had to have my ID anything over a certain price! I told the cashier I would have to come back… but on my receipt she had already put return and circled it… not thinking when I went back the next day with that same receipt along with my product! The new cashier saw the receipt and ask the other lady for permission and the other told her to not refund my money because it was possibly stolen… I asked those country pumpkins why would I walk in here with license, products and a receipt
