AlphaCare Urgent Care

I cannot rave enough about this place. Every visit I have had has been a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, the doctors or NPs have always been accommodating and helpful. What really got me is when they call a few days after visit to check on me. Not just once, but after each of my visits. That was the cherry on top.

I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Check in was easy, doctor was thorough. I received a steroid shot and meds were called in to my pharmacy. I was feeling much better within 2 hours. Thanks so much for the fast service. I was able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving with family instead of being in bed sick. Thanks again

Very long wait after the vitals were taken, over an hour sitting in the room and no one even popped their head in. I finally opened the door and asked the first person I saw what was going on. She said that they had only one NP working and we're backed up. Hard to believe that they can be that far behind at 10am. However, once they did come in, the exam was quick and thorough.

The staff was very helpful, andconcerned. The Dr. Did a thorough examination And a chest exray. The medication prescribed did the trick and I am much better! Thank you Alpha Care.

Mr. Joe Ramirez PA- C is an exceptional clinician!! He entered the room having already reviewed my medical records and chief complaint for coming in. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns. For the first time in a long time, I felt like someone at an urgent care was genuinely concerned about my well-being and wanted to see to it that all angles were addressed to get rid of this upper respiratory infection as soon as possible (background, I had already gone to FastPace urgent care in Waveland the week prior with the same symptoms). He explained in detail the course of action, when to expect results of the lab work, and any potential higher costs.
