Walgreens

The wait time and line were extremely long at this pharmacy. The employee was in zero hurry to provide service and turned her back to all of us several times to move bags around in the bins. She also yawned openly while facing the line of customers. We have received much better service at the other locations of this chain, but would not recommend this specific location based off of this experience.

The employees don't want to be there. I changed from CVS to here because of Insurance and I have not had one good experience yet. I know the pharmacy can be stressful so I try not to add to it but they are just plain rude before even greeting you. One occasion I pulled up to the drive-thru at 1:17 to pick up. Apparently they go to lunch at 1:30. I'm just doing a quick pick up so it wasn't my fault they were having difficulties with what they had going on. I'm just patiently waiting before you know it its 1:27. This man came and placed the closed board on me in the drive-thru and walked off laughing. I blew the horn the girl came back and said I'm sorry. Long story short I wasn't happy asked for the pharmacist. She sort of defended him by saying oh that was for if anyone comes behind you. W

I've been an long time customer at walgreens and I can say from the bottom of my heart Katie,brett,Andria have always been the best part of coming in to pick up medicine for my family from the laughter and interacting with my kids have always been the amazing. Way they connect with everyone that's steps In line is truly awesome they are some of the nicest people I have ever met.

while in Walgreens to use the photo booth and money transfer booth the clerk continued to shout at me questions like are you sending or receiving? how much are you sending? loud enough for the entire store to hear? I left my phone in the vehicle so when I asked if her phone could be used to verify a transaction, once again the clerk yelled: "what you don't have a phone" her tone was derogatory. I went and got my phone. I am notifying Walgreens extensive to ALL Stores and Branches according to the FCC it is illegal to share or disclose private financial data without client consent. Yelling private transaction information is a violation of the law. Consider this a Legal Notice.

The assistants to the Walgreens pharmacist are so rude and will not transfer call to the pharmacist without asking a lot of unnecessary questions. This rudeness has gotten so severe I’m considering changing from Walgreens pharmacy all together.
