I love Perscriptions Plus. I would rather give them my money, then give it to a hospital. They keep me healthy and they have exceptional knowledge on vitamins and minerals and will steer you in the right direction. They won’t sell you something you don’t need and the quality of the vitamins and minerals are top notch better than anything you can get at any other store Highly recommended

Very nice down to earth people. They carry alot of health products that are amazing. An they carry the elderberry syrup also. I know its kinda hard to find. But they are a great place to go an they are the cheapest place ive found to get my medicines.. Love them all

Prescription Plus provides a tremendous service to the Gastonia community (and I imagine Kings Mountain as well). It is the only place I know of that offers purified and Kaagen water to its customers and drop ins. As someone aged 50+, this water has allowed me not to gain weight in the last two years and to fit better into all my clothes. I also do not get the flu every year like I used to, and do not have to visit my ENT doctor every six months like I used to because of ear wax buildup. And all from properly hydrating my body with water, of all things. Billy and his staff are all friendly and very helpful. I am thankful that I am not on any prescriptions, but if I were, I would get them from Billy and his crew because of all that they do to give back to the community. This five star opera
