Walgreens

The store and pharmacy hours are very convenient. The team members I interact with are always friendly and amiable. I am talkative and chatty sometimes, so this comes to play with my people interactions. The store is clean and organized usually. The prices are a bit higher than other local stores for items in the store itself. The pharmacy team has always been good with my prescriptions. Corporate- please hire more pharmacy staff!!! Thank you for reading my review. 4 stars ⭐️ is because of the prices and Corporate not spending money on human employees.

First time using Walgreens as a pharmacy.... needed medicine for my daughters ear infection that the doctor sent prescription to. 55min line to find out they don't have it in stock. Then another hour waiting on a different Walgreens in springfield not being able to look up my insurance for payment. They had to call Fedmyers go get the info after an hour. Do better, there has got to be a better way. 2 hours go get antibiotics, not including drive time, is nuts to me. The d m v is more efficient.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. You would think that a business whose main purpose is to fill prescriptions would be able to fill prescriptions correctly and in a timely manner, but this pharmacy consistently does neither. This would probably not be a problem if I only had to get prescriptions a couple times a year, but I have monthly prescriptions, and EVERY TIME there is an issue or delay that I end up having to investigate and jump through hoops to fix. I switched to this Walgreens because at the time, it was the only one open past 6PM, but this one is just awful. i know they are a busy pharmacy, but really, it's been a terrible experience. I probably sound like a real Karen but this place is ridiculously bad at filling prescriptions. Do not recomme

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. They are always behind. They are extremely slow. They said my prescription would be ready at 11am. I came at 1:30 and it wasn’t ready. I came back at 4 only to find an inedible long line. This place is incompetent.

If I could give this pharmacy -100 stars, I would. This is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. Their automated system will tell you that your Medication is ready so then you walk into the store wait on line for an hour and a half and then they tell you that your medication is not ready til tomorrow. Just to get a simple prescription, you will quite Possibly waste 3+ hours of your life trying to pick up a simple medication. I will be removing all of my prescriptions from this location and never go again because repeating the same thing twice would be insanity. If you are a masochist that enjoys having a greedy corporate chain of pharmacies waste hours of your life for no good reason than this is your pharmacy. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs li
