I've been getting my medication here for five or six months, and it's been terrible every time. I always have problems getting my medication here. You said I could pick up my medication today, but the staff here are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to care about their work. Most recently, I requested my medication the day the doctor prescribed it after I was discharged from the hospital. I had to go back every day to ask about it. When I called ahead, they said I could pick it up at noon, but when I arrived, they told me to wait longer. I gave them another day, and I went back this morning. I received the medication, but one item was missing, and they didn't offer any explanation. They even yelled at me, asking what I wanted. Omg

Still the worst walgreens. Today staff claimed my prescriptions would not be ready for several days. I went up there and suddenly they were in stock and would be ready in 3 hours (it was already 10 hours after I sent the Rx there digitally) Now it has been 5 more hours.....on hold for 1hour and 2 minutes as I type this..... They can't all be this incompetent....it has to be coming from management down to the pharmacist to the staff. Any other pharmacy is preferable including the CVS across the street.

Poor customer service. I wish I can rate this place zero star… The manager Debbie (Lady with Gray hair & glasses) took forever just to come to the front and reload money on my card, Then when she finally came I greeted her & she looked at me like I was dumb. She reloaded my card & when I asked for my receipt she had an attitude, then had the nerve to say..That I’m the only one who ever asked for a receipt & No one ask her for receipts after loading money… I honestly felt that she wanted a reaction from me so bad.. how the heck you mad because I need my receipts, I wanted the receipt because you just never know what will happen, (sometimes the money won’t go on the card) and I need my proof.. and the fact that she was talking slick as I was leaving the store is ridiculous… over a receipt th

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Last week I waited for my medication for an hour before being told they didn’t have it. Then, spent 3 hours on the phone with the pharmacy to get it ordered and was told it would be in my 10:00 AM 3 days later. I just spent 2 hours waiting!!!!! I was told they had the prescription and just needed to fill it. So I stood in front of the counter for 2 hours as they “filled it.” After 2 hours passed and I waved down the pharmacist, she told me they did not have my prescription. WHAT! 1. I spent hours on the phone getting it ordered 2. WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT PRIOR TO ME WAITING FOR 2 hours?!!!!! I know for a dang fact it didn’t take 2 hours to look for it.
