THANK YOU to all the techs and pharmacists!! Ignore the other reviews, this walgreens is great. The staff are always kind to me and clearly working hard to get meds filled. I feel like I'm being taken care of every time I pick up, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and always happy to answer whatever questions I have. The techs are great at navigating my insurance issues so I never have to pay more than I should. I'm also not really sure how they're supposed to answer the phone that is constantly ringing while a line of customers is out the door? Knowing those techs are barely paid, I just don't know how they do it all! These negative reviews are BOGUS and sound incredibly entitled. Do not recommend this Walgreens for photos at all. When I went to pick up my photos the employees were sitting there gossiping about other employees and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. Also, the quality of my photos were awful. I didn’t enlarge them or anything. I asked them how to fix it and they told me they don’t know and they could try to reprint them later. The worst customer service. While I was standing there trying to figure out the quality, the employee walked around to go check out other people. What???

I do not recommend this pharmacy at all if you have access to another one. Without fail, every single time I try to fill a prescription here there is some sort of issue or mix up. It usually takes me AT LEAST a week to get my prescription after requesting a refill, regardless of what the medication is. Forget about trying to call them about anything. Every time I call I wait long enough that it’s faster to just drive there. There have been multiple times where I have waited forever and then been immediately hung up on before even being greeted. A lot of the staff is not very friendly and does not seem to pay much attention to what they’re doing. They have given me needles without the right dosage marker for my dose on more than one occasion and then won’t fix it. They say all they can d

I used to really appreciate how quick and efficient this pharmacy was, but just spent 47 minutes on hold on the phone just to ask to have my prescription refilled because apparently my birthday isn’t in their system? So I needed to talk with a pharmacist at the pharmacy. And every time I go there the line is LONG and takes forever to get through. The workers are kind and helpful. But everything seems to be a long and slow process when it doesn’t seem like it has to be.

This location is ALWAYS efficient and kind to everyone they talk to. I switched to this location mainly because I live over here but there are less busy places that take longer to get me in and out of the drive through. Never a bad experience since I switched
