An appointment with Foundation Therapy has become one of my favorite activities in the week. I have received more benefit from their expertise than I ever received from the pricey gym membership I used to have. The staff at Foundation work as a team and from day one you feel that your are in good hands. They convey such a positive attitude during every visit, from the kind receptionists', Aly and Marisa, to the wonderful Assistants, Kelsey and Sam. Sydney carefully explained the what and why regarding each movement I was doing and I really began to understand how my sessions were designed and how they could make a difference in my health. I've been to the Cottonwood and South Jordan location and everyone that has worked with me has been lovely. I came to physical therapy after having twins. Wesley is the best! She tailors my program to how I'm feeling each time I come. There's a great balance of challenge and care to get me to my goals. I've seen amazing progress because of physical therapy. I'll recommend Foundation Physical Therapy to anyone.

Great place! Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and hands on with a great team of support staff. I’ve had 3-4 visits so far It’s refreshing being able to show up for an appointment and start without a wait.The front desk staff is welcoming and pleasant. The large room is filled with different stations, multiple people are working with Therapists Using new state of the art equipment. Highly recommend!

Foundation PT has dramatically helped improve my back pain, mobility and balance, after suffering from PsA and neuropathy. The staff is amazingly helpful, responsive and supportive. Aly, Marisa and Lauren create a seamless introduction to the process with top-notch scheduling, check in and web and video information. Kelsea, Sam, Noah and Heidi not only assist in the therapy sessions professionally, they also maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment. Brad, Jeremy, Wesley, and the other therapists are professional and more importantly considered my input in developing the therapy program. I am very pleased with my progress.

I’ve been working with Jeremy and Kelsea for the past couple of months, and they’ve been fantastic. Their care feels personal and truly tailored to my needs. They clearly know what they’re doing. My neck has improved so much since starting treatment, and I can honestly say they’ve made all the difference in my recovery.
