I just sat in the line for over 30 minutes with one car in front of me and several in the other line getting serviced before me and that other car . Everytime i come to this store it takes extremely long to get my prescription . Thats diabolical. I waited less than 10 minutes at the walgreens on walnut grove they just dont offer 24 hrs

The pharmacy has the rudest people working there. Mostly the women. I called and was hung up on 3 times. They answer and just hang the phone up without saying anything. They have a younger girl working there now. Just simply Rude. I called about my prescription and she is just unwilling to help. Customer Service is everything in a business. Changing my pharmacy. They need to take notes from the young man.

My prescription was sent here yesterday early in the day. The status in the app has not changed just shows as prescription received. I called this morning and I got the automated message of they couldn’t take my call. Then when I called a few hours I waited 30 mins before hanging up. I called the one on Canada road, the phone was answered immediately and was told it’ll be filled shortly. Don’t waste your time here. They are severely understaffed. The staff has always been kind but they definitely need help.

If I could give this location less than one star i would. Insane wait times to pick up no matter what time of day it is. If you come here to pick up, be prepared to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. I feel awful for the staff at this pharmacy because they’re constantly understaffed and overworked. Even though I’m set up to receive text notifications, I always have to call and check to see if my prescriptions are ready bc I never get the texts. When you do call it can take 5-10 minutes to get someone on the phone to talk to. The pharmacy back room is an absolute wreck and I don’t know how they find anything. But maybe that’s part of the long wait times. Bc it takes them 10 minutes to track down a prescription. Walgreens needs to step in and do something about this location before someo

Terrible pharmacy service. I just recently started coming to this location and each time has been awful. 30 minutes waiting in line. Right lane sometimes closed even. One day called and no one answered the phone. I had a prescription stating awaiting insurance approval when I already had prior authorization approval for the prescription. I then called them and they originally stated that the insurance was declining, so i asked if they are running the correct script, and now magically said that the prescription went through. Why couldn’t the pharmacy do this without me having to call? Very frustrating.
