Made my appointment online to avoid the lines. Not one thing was mentioned about needing to have an insurance certified pharmacist on staff. You get there and follow all the signs. BUT you still have to check in. Nothing about that. I did reschedule only because I need the shot. But wasted my gas and time and left pretty mad. They need to improve their systems and website. AND have more staff on hand. Very little help.

I don’t know why their rating is so low!! I’ve always gotten great service, and understanding, from CP Walgreens and their staff! They are obviously busy and always do their best to treat me with dignity and respect! With the mass closures of other pharmacies, I’m sure they’re overwhelmed! I think they deserve gratitude and understanding.

The Walgreens drug store here in Central Point is a pretty good place to shop. They have an interesting variety of products, over the counter medicines and such, and also food and cosmetic items as well. The staff are pretty helpful, and knowledgeable. Next time you're in this neck of the woods, stop on by!

Expect at least 40 min wait! This place always has a waiting line of at least 20 people. Management has failed miserably at finding staff. If the minimum wage you are offering is not drawing applications...double it! Stop being selfish and think about customers.

I usually have a really good experience here, the manager and staff are usually friendly and super helpful. Today I had a strange and unfortunate experience while checking out. I've worked customer service on a register for many years and I've never in my life seen this kind of behavior. The man at the register was on speaker phone with his wife, did not say a word to me even though I greeted him. He had a conversation over the phone while ringing me up, saying nothing. Only saying have a good one as i walked away... A manager walked over during this transaction and said nothing to him about this. He also mentioned to another coworker that this was his last day at this store. Now I am not a Karen, and I don't even expect good service. Its a walgreens and I just wanna buy my tampons and sh
