Providence Central Point Urgent Care

I strictly stay with only Providence urgent cares. Never have they turned me away. They’ve always put in effort to listen and figure out a solution even if they cannot be of help in the moment. I always find their staff to be the most caring as well.

I was probably too sick to drive, too sick to go in but from the moment CMA Kari brought me in she took such great personal care of me. I cannot say enough good things. NP was fine, care was efficient. But Kari was super special

Gave em 3 for getting my mother right in. However I wanted to be in the doctors office . As for the last few years I’ve taken her here I’ve sat in the truck. As my mother needs to get honest about some stuff and get it dealt with and nothing… they put me in a side room and pffft. Nothing … time to go. Bwaaa bwaaa bwaaa… So no we have to find a place to take mom, where they want to do something else besides shoving pills down her throat. What I would like to add? Besides my feedback this place has 3.7 stars before what I had to say what I did. Do you want to be taking your family to a 3 star clinic, then have to deal with them like your the problem? Cause that’s kinda how this place made me feel. I highly suggest you go to yelp they have another dozen 2 star reviews on how they treat peop

The staff are always super nice and listen to what's happening , and go over options and any needed follow up. My primary doctor has appreciated their attentiveness as things to ask about.

Great experience. Was seen quickly and the doctor was very thorough and communicated excellently Got in and out of X-ray in a very short time. It was such a compassionate and caring urgent care. Thank you.
