The sweetest person answered the phone and helped me get my prescription transferred last minute on a Friday from a pharmacy that didn’t have what I needed til Monday and was closing in an hour also til Monday. I have a horrible ear infection and desperately needed antibiotics. They helped me so much. I had to go to two drs to even get diagnosed, agony all day. He was such a doll. Thank you!!! I hope they know they do great work and are greatly appreciated. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet and caring when I picked up my medicine. The empathy from the employees here is felt.

Sadly this pharmacy lacks customer focus. Posted hours say close - 7pm. I was turned away today at 6:44 pm with 5 customers waiting in line. How, with 2 associates working the counter are you unable to provide service to 6 customers? Simple mathematics, 46 minutes divided by 6. Seems like 7+ minutes for a customer to merely pick up a prescription that is ready, even if a consultation is needed would more than enough time. Your leadership/management needs to do better.

THIS IS A GREAT PHARMACY!! I moved my & my husbands multiple RX from another pharmacy here in town. There were issues but they were all solved efficiently & promptly. When there are issues with out-of-stock they are helpful, patient & courteous and give me the info to solve the problem. They're available to talk to 98% of time & are always willing to answer even the sillyest question. Yes, the hour closing for lunch isnt great (Everyone Needs a Break). They do try & put an extra tech on the counter half hour beforehand so that they can get to everyone before it closes! My usual wait time is normally 10-20 minutes & I use pharmacy ALOT, but let's face it, with all the Pharmacies Closing in the Valley, who doesn't have to wait... Its one of the best pharmacies Ive ever had & so I take t

It’s funny how many people that still complain, still use this pharmacy there to fill their items after they transfer out. They see the grass is not greener elsewhere. It takes time to make sure a prescription is properly treated and filled. IF needed, check out the DROP OFF window before going on the PICK UP line to see if it is in fact READY. Everyone is at fault with their own situations and the workers are there to HELP even under so much STRESS from so much going on. Know that things aren’t done INSTANTLY. so please ask if it’s ready at the DROP OFF window. If you NEVER FILLED A PRESCRIPTION BEFORE, check out the DROP OFF window. We have many prescriptions to pick up at all different times. Every time I pick up I have to wait at least a half hour and as long as 1 1/2 hours. When in line you have to line up down the pet food isle. I have literally been all the way down the aisle into the meat department. Lines are way too long. The service however has been pretty good , at least for me it has. I’ve seen the other complaints but haven’t experienced any bad service myself.
