Walgreens

Amazing experience! I was visiting from out of town and forgot my meds at home! We came in close to closing and the shift lead and associate working were incredibly helpful. We were able to get my prescription transferred and picked it up in the morning. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were incredibly kind and answered every question we had. As someone who works at a Walgreens in Wisconsin with a pharmacy, I know first hand how hard their jobs can be, but they were beyond helpful, kind, and excited to help! Can’t wait to visit Bryson city again (next time with my meds 😂)

This is a nice store and pharmacy and I like the easy to use, Walgreens app. I would have rated 5 stars but their pharmacy is closed on weekends. If I need my prescription, and can’t wait until Monday, I have to go elsewhere.

The store is nice and all, but the pharmacy is awful. There are a couple nice workers in the Pharmacy. One specific lady has always been very rude to me. They filled half of my prescription and won’t give me the rest of it. I’ve gotten different stories from each person on why they won’t refill my prescription. The only reason I was using this Pharmacy is because the Bryson City Pharmacy closed but I will definitely be switching to Mark’s.

Why would you as a business give your customer a notification their prescription is ready for pickup literally 3 minutes before you go to lunch. Some customers are not from the area, or even elderly that only have so much of a window for their weekly duties that can't afford to be waiting around for your lunch break when you let them know it's ready now.

They tell customer paying customers they don't have a bathroom. We travel 3 hrs to Bryson yearly. Do better!
