WakeMed Primary Care - Forestville Crossing

Recently I had an appointment with Dr. Christine Baker. She was very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Baker spent a long time with me since this was my first appointment with her as my primary care physician. After my visit with her, I had bloodwork done that she ordered in her building. The staff was very friendly, understanding and patient. I recommend Dr. Baker for anyone searching for an excellent, understanding and caring doctor!

I had a great experience from begging to end here at Wake Med Primary Care. All staff I came across was very helpful and sweet. I had Allison Jones as my provider, she was very clear about everything going on and her nurses were great. I will be scheduling my appointment's here moving forward.

She made me feel comfortable and supported, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive provider. The nurses were also very kind and made the visit smooth and easy. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team provided excellent care.

This clinic is awesome! I have been going here for over five years and everyone has treated me with respect and listens to me. They are always on time and I never wait longer than 15 minutes for any care, appointment or not. Most importantly, they laugh at my mom jokes.

Good luck making an appointment that they actually follow through with at this place. I’ve tried 3 times, and each time they have called me the day before the appointment and are unable to do what I need for some ridiculous reason. First time it was because they weren’t accepting new patients - made an appointment on the website and they called me the day before the appointment to cancel on me. This last time they said they will not be able to do a physical since I had seen a different provider last year. They want me to come in, pay a copay so the provider can meet me and “go over my medical history” (which would take 2 minutes), then come back another time for a physical (and another copay). Forget it guys. I won’t be trying again.
