WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care - Spring Forest

Best experience! I cut my hand in my kitchen and had to head over to the closest urgent care 1 hour before they closed! I got in with no wait. From the front desk, to the medical assistant to the PA who treated me was all around professional and so kind. Really friendly folks who are easy to trust and make you feel comfortable and welcome.

5 stars is not enough of a rating to describe my experience every time. I go to Wake Med 365 primary care.It is the most wonderful place to go for treatment, clean everyone greets you with a smile and very professional. The nursing assistant is very professional and makes you feel like your at home, so comfortable. And I just LOVE Hannah Lewis , my PC. I don't think I have ever felt more hospitable than speaking with her and her care is amazing. There are no words or ratings high enough to describe her care. There is not enough that I could say aboutWake Med 365.... All I could say is, please don't change.Stay the way you are because it's a fantastic place.And I am so happy that I only live a short distance from it

Had a great first visit! Everyone working was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Georgina was a great at discussing everything I had concerns with and what tests would be appropriate to ease my worries. Angie was so fast and smooth with taking my blood, it was over before I knew it!

I had a very positive experience at WakeMed 365 today. My provider was attentive, compassionate, and very thorough. The person who asked me my history was so gentle and kind. The front desk people were also very strong communicators and kind as well. No one acted like they were rushing, even though they were very busy. Way to hire strong people! I’ll definitely return and recommend them to everyone I know!

I visited this practice after a fall, initially being referred by my dermatologist’s office, who informed me this location provided urgent care services. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional. The two receptionists went above and beyond by working directly with my insurance company to confirm the practice was in network so I could be seen without delay. While my insurance representative was verifying coverage, the receptionist proactively checked to ensure the radiologist would be able to see me for X-rays and completed my check-in, knowing I had come in due to a fall and wanting to ensure I was seen before the radiologist left for the day.
