WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care - Glenwood

My party and I came in for a routine visit, and overall the experience was positive. The staff was friendly, my partner was seen quickly, and the lobby was very clean and quiet. The only concern I had was regarding another patient—a young lady who came in feeling very ill and seemed a bit confused. While the staff assisted her promptly and offered her options, once she was taken back I overheard some staff members laughing about the situation and commenting, with some attitude, that she needed to come back to sign paperwork. I don’t believe they intended to be rude, but when there are patients in the lobby, it’s important to be mindful that conversations can be overheard. Comments made in passing can affect how others perceive the care environment. Would I return to this location? Yes,

This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! I’ve unfortunately dealt with a plethora of issues this year, and all 3 providers I’ve seen have been excellent. Very minimal waiting times, great bedside manners, and the appropriate tests have always been ordered. If it weren’t for the fact that we’re moving soon, I would just switch my primary care over to this office too. Highly recommend!

I go to this urgent care since it’s like 5 minutes from my place and I keep going because their service is great! The doctors are funny and really nice to me! The lady at the front is pleasant as well. Went in today for a cough turns out I had the Flu and Covid at the same time which sucks but the doctor was cool! Both of them are. Thanks!

The staff and nurse practitioner were great but I waited almost 1.5 hours to get served. Too long of a wait and I would have gone somewhere else. They would not share wait times and said they had to serve their primary care patients first then walk in. If they are going to operate like that they need to share times as that is to long to wait to see a primary care provider.

I went online at 6:15 and made an appointment for 7:00 PM. I was Having severe back spasms and can barely walk. Period I was seen by ALAYNA. STEBBINS. I had a friend with me that was a retired RN and she was very impressed by this PA. She was very thorough and very empathetic. She did an examination and asked questions and wrote a prescription that was filled just before closing time at CVS. She even checked her phone to see what time their pharmacy would be closing. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. Also, there was no waiting time. I was seeing within five minutes of walking into the office.
