WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary and Urgent Care – Middle Creek Crossing

Great experience. Staff up front were very friendly and helpful. Nurses were quick and efficient. Dr. Bailey was very nice. Was there for routine physical but felt very open to ask questions or share concerns

Front Office lady was a welcoming surprise. She was smiling, soft spoken, pleasant and gave clear instructions. Little wait time was nice! Very clean! Nurse was thorough and very nice. I was in and out within 30 minute's. They took care of everything without me making a request.

Over 2 hour wait to be seen. My child was diagnosed with strep but they started with covid/flu and then the provider questioned why the strep test wasn't done to begin with so more waiting. Also, my 7 year old was given a RX for a dosage of a grown adult and the pharmacist thankfully caught and had to call them to get it corrected. Was excited for an urgent care by our home but the first visit with not a good experience.

We came in for a sick visit for my 13 year old son. He was quickly taken back and had his vitals taken. A flu and COVID test were ran with results back in 10-15 minutes. We were given our next steps and out the door within the hour. Super fast and great care. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing and the nurse who attended to me was very supportive! She came in with a smile and made us laugh. Truly what we needed. Laughter is good for the soul! Very pleasant atmosphere.
