I didn’t realize I was getting the wrong kinds of massages. I honestly don’t know what techniques you used, but I explained my goal to you and you achieved it. You found every knot, stress area, etc. The pressure was perfect. I love that you book based on time, not type of massage and that time is fully customized to meet the clients’ needs. Thank you! Wonderful facility! I went here for the first time last week. The staff at the front desk was very nice and assisted me right away. The space is very relaxing and uncluttered. The massage therapist that I saw was amazing, helped me identify issues, and showed me stretches to help avoid some of the problems it was having. I've already made another appointment!

Margarita was awesome! She went above and beyond my expectations to be sure that my concerns were addressed. Everyone was friendly. Scheduling was super easy and there were no surprise upcharges. I did not get pressured into purchasing add-ons or products. I am looking forward to my next session!

All the staff are efficient and professional. Every massage therapist has been excellent. I recently purchased a personal training package. It has almost been one month and Tina really knows how to adapt a plan just for you. Every workout has been challenging yet encouraging. I feel so blessed to have one location that I can train and have awesome massages.
