Garner 5th Ave Pharmacy

I don’t know where to begin. I absolutely love this pharmacy. Thomas & his staff goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are taking care of. From contacting my doctor’s office when there are issues to going the extra mile to ensure me that they care. I moved from Garner a year ago but still go here. If I could give 10 stars I would. I just wanted to let you guys know that I really appreciate you!

I went here for my first Covid vaccine today and had a wonderful experience. Google gives the wrong directions so I called and a lovely lady stayed on the phone until I found their location. Also Dr. Bunch provided exceptional customer service. Not only was he very nice, he also provided me with information about their other services and answered questions I had about the vaccine. I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I need any future prescriptions filled. I highly recommend.

So, so much for helpful than any major chain store. Remember when places cared about customer service? Well, they still do!! They call you with questions, reach out to your doc if needed, AND actually keep you updated! Very knowledgeable - - would absolutely recommend Thomas and his staff.

Such a wonderful pharmacy with great people. I switched to 5th about 6 months ago. Great service! They put my Rx in a cooler to take with me because I wasn't able to go straight home with it. I'm so glad they had a cooler with an ice pack. I completely forgot the med was in my vehicle for over 5 hours. When I retrieved it, it was still nice and chilled in the little cooler with ice pack. So thankful for your service and attention to your clients needs. I recommend 5th to everyone.

If I could give Dr. Bunch more stars, I would. I have a severe phobia of needles and went to get my Covid vaccine today. Normally I'm in hysterics before I even get to an appointment, but this was the most calm, pleasant, and painless experience I've ever had for a shot in my entire life. Dr. Bunch has a very professional and soothing presence, and I highly recommend others stop by. I will be returning!
