Quick check in , I needed to be seen asap because I have extremely bad asthma. Instead I waited over 2 hours to even be called to the back to be seen. And stillll can’t breathe!! Just slow and terrible they shouldn’t even have the “Emergency Room” bc they don’t prioritize who was there first and it’s not quick at allllllllll I coulda died.

All round thank you all for what you do!!! Thank you Wake Med..... This location in Garner, super sweet staff. Just thank you all. Much appreciated. 🙏

Do not go to Wake Med if you value your health! I have been there twice in past 6 weeks and its the same experience both times. I told my wife I will travel as far as I have to next time I am having heart issues. The first I had a quadruple bypass and had to walk out carrying all my bags tied to my walker. This time I was in because I fell and cracked my head open and they were monitoring my heart but wouldn't give me anything for my splitting headache even after the doctor ordered morphine. Do yourself .a favor and go to Rex UNC

Sometimes there's a bit of a wait there, they are little under staff compared to the patients intake gets busy sometimes.
