My appointment was rescheduled 4 times due to a family emergency. I asked for a 3 month supply of contacts to hold me over until the doctor was back in the office. My prescription recently expired and since I was unable to see the doctor, I thought it was reasonable to ask for a short term supply. I was told no. I asked again and didn’t receive a response. To be clear, I have zero problem waiting a few weeks/month for an appointment if the doctor has a family emergency, but I wear contacts everyday and cannot wear glasses. I explained the situation several times. The appointments were also rescheduled the day before, with very little notice. I left the practice and the staff didn’t apologize or seem to care. Really disappointing.

I had my eyes examined and was given contact lens to try. They weren't for me, so the previous doctor generously gave me a credit toward glasses. I wasn't notified that the company was under new management and the previous doctor is no longer in practice. Management will not honor the credit that is only 2 years old.

Dr. Petrosino and his staff are wonderful! I brought my 4 year old son in and they soothed all his fears. Now he is so excited to wear his new glasses.

Dr. Vann and the rest of the staff were great with my young daughter for her first eye exam. Definitely going back
