My first visit to the Dentist, I was running 5 minutes late so I called the office to let them know and see if they can still see me or to re-schedule the appointment. The lady was like "come! we're going to TRY to see you". When I get to the office she tells me with attitude how I came be late to appointments, that if there's traffic I have to leave with time and much more. I felt some type of way the way she spoke to me and out of respect I decided not to say anything and because I needed to see a dentist asap. Then for follow up appointment I decided not to show up because of my first experience. Months later My boyfriend who referred me and didn't know what happened called to make on appointment for the both of us and the lady goes "have her call herself cause she either gonna be late

I would absolutely recommend Wakefield Cosmetic And Family Dentistry to all my friends and family... extremely caring and gentle. Molly the office manager was amazingly honest kind and helpful and sealed the deal in making me feel comfortable to undergo the necessary procedures.

Would not recommend. Save your money and time and go elsewhere unless you have really good insurance that they can charge all the extras. The initial interaction with the receptionist should have let me know this visit would be unpleasant. She had such a rude unprofessional manner and did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. The interaction with the dentist was no better. Maybe he figured I did not have money and didn’t want to waste his time. But it just confuses me that u ask for a specific thing which is a cheaper alternative that you can afford at the moment and he just totally ignores your request as if it’s his money that is being as he puts it is “wasted”. The overall interaction was just very unpleasant.

I would recomend Dr Thomas, He is very knowledgeable, he also spend the time to explain your dental treatment without rushing you out of the examination room. He is very through, I would recommend him to any patient who needs dental care. His staff they are also professional and help with helping you to get through any procedures that is needed, from the front desk to the assistant.
