Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry

Both of my kids have gone to wake ortho for braces and we’ve had great experiences both times. My youngest was having a very difficult time her first few days with the braces rubbing her mouth and we were struggling with the wax. When we called the ortho on call line, they immediately got in touch with us. Her ortho left a convention and met us after hours on a Friday evening at the office to take a look and give us extra things to help ease her pain. He’s the most considerate orthodontist and I was so grateful he cared so much about his patient.

I absolutely loved my entire experience at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the front-door staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and the back staff was just as amazing—kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Kornstein was informative, efficient, and truly caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and you can genuinely tell that he cares about both his patients and his staff. Since my baby’s lip and tongue tie release, I have already seen a big difference and noticeable improvement. I am so grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable pediatric dental team.

We were on our initial visit to see Dr. Lamb if our 9 yrs old daughter is ready for braces. Before seeing the doctor we requested the receptionist if our daughter can brush her teeth. She let our daughter to brush her teeth and made us wait in the reception. We were waiting for our daughter to come back so that we can meet the doctor, but guess what. she was directly taken to the examination room for the doctor's visit WITHOUT US, THE PARENTS!!! After 10 minutes, she came back and met us in the reception. THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! How can you treat/see our child (9 years old) without even our presence. Beware & avoid this place.

Highly recommend Dr. Kornstein and the team at the Wake Pediatric Tongue Tie Center. Dr. Kornstein and his team are personable, attentive and thorough with their care — so much so, that they made two sleep deprived new parents feel confident to handle the at home care portion of the treatment. We really appreciated how they were there with us beyond the treatment with any questions we had, and had follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing. Because of our great experience we will be going to them for their dentistry care when the time comes. Could not recommend this practice more!

My son loves the staff. They explained everything to him in the beginning of the process and guided him through each step. I love that I am able to sit with him through his process but also give them their space to work their magic.
