Wake Endoscopy

The intake team was great! The nurse anesthetist was a delightful pro. Dr. Vadlamudi greeted me most kindly before and after the procedure. Truth be told, the post-procedure nurse did not seem to understand that this older guy needed to use the restroom urgently before I removed my hospital robe. I know there’s lots of pressure in an outpatient facility, but attention to basic needs is imperative.

The Office Staff was professional and delivered me quickly to the back to start my procedure. Shonda, the nurse who prepped me, was lovely! Dr. Sachdeva took the time to visit me before my colonoscopy to explain what I was going to experience and reiterated the same thing when I arrived in the procedure room. After the colonoscopy, Dr, Sachdeva came out and shared his findings (all good!) with my husband and I. All was through, efficient and everyone was so kind. I highly recommend this practice.

I was very anxious about having an esophagoscopy and colonoscopy. Jo and Amy put me at ease immediately and took good care of me throughout the procedures. Dr Shah was extremely kind andreassuring so by the time they were ready to start I was very comfortable and relaxed. All parties were very professional and conscientious when a question came up about my case and served to resolve the question quickly and safely. I would not hesitate to return there and recommend this practice to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Shah was outstanding. Dr. Shah took the time to greet me, meet me, and put my mind at ease with respect to the procedure. He was the consummate professional combined with a very kind and caring nature. Dr. Shah explained everything. Prior to, and following up after, the procedure he asked and made sure all my questions were answered to ensure that I was totally comfortable. Simply put, Dr. Shah and his team took my worries away.

A great team to have. From the minute I checked in to the time I got discharged they were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Vadlamudi took the time to explain and discuss the process and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend him and his team.
