Great office! Compassionate staff and doctor. Dr. Waisbren provides very thorough testing for all medical needs. Well organized and great communication. Easy to schedule appointments. Tracy the office manager goes above and beyond All clinical staff Is top notch and very caring.

I had an incredibly alarming experience at Waisbren Medicine. I went in for severe stomach pains and felt completely dismissed, but the most concerning part was the handling of my prescription medication. There is a complete lack of professionalism and accuracy when it comes to patient prescriptions, which is a massive safety risk. This isn't just a matter of bad 'service'—it’s dangerous medical practice. I strongly urge others to be cautious and will be reporting this to the state medical board

They do not care about your medical needs! Dr Waisbren kicked my boyfriend out because he said he needs to go to college to get medical attention? The hell does his educational status have to do with medical attention!? And then hes ableist! He directly stated to him "You dont have a girlfriend because youre autistic." The absolute nerve of him! He should be fired for his behavior and have his medical license revoked! He only care about people personal life and not their health!

They really don't care about medical care, the people they are supposed to look after, or their profession and it's sad. Especially with Dr. Waisbren kicking out a friend of mine because apparently you need to be in college to have medical attention? So what if it was life-threatening? You'll kick someone out because of their personal education, you kidding? He doesn't care about anyone's health, he's ableist, and all around a disrespectful, horrible person. Get him out of there.

The provider was openly ableist and made threatening to refuse future medical treatment unless my friend enrolled in college—using education as a condition for receiving health care. ​Beyond the verbal abuse, the clinic seems to prescribe medication without addressing the actual medical issues. This facility is dismissive, judgmental, and dangerous. Patients in pain deserve a doctor who focuses on their health, not one who insults their disability and personal life. Stay away.
