I absolutely love this pharmacy. There is a sign on the window that reads “Respect works Here” advising customers to act appropriately towards staff in the pharmacy. These pharmacist and pharmacy staff work VERY hard and are often subject to disrespectful behavior because they have to advise about insurance companies not covering the cost of life saving medications. They are on the front lines of a battle they had no part in causing. These people should be commended for their service and I love that they set the precedent of acceptable behaviors. Service is always friendly and swift.
Denied my medications and many other patients for no reason and was told they can do what they want done same to many patients. Also asked for personal info hippa violation and they lied to my doctor said I don't need my meds.almost got script taken away I took a drug test passed and my pill count so I'm good n went to another pharmacy. Never use CVS multiple locations have this problems n corporate propaganda encourages denying for not providing personal info or if they believe patient doesn't need meds when they are not a doctor
The CVS in Villas somehow manages to find employees who don't mind helping me to look for things, answer questions, and guide me through the checkout process, which can be a pain, with the bank card, CVS Care Card, and coupons. Their pharmacy crew is great, as well. Thank you!
