I am so happy with Dr. Wagner, and his staff is amazing. I had been going to Dr. Duryea since I was a young child and I’m 33 now. I had braces as an adult and a retainer with fake teeth (I was born without adult teeth next to my two top front teeth). I currently need a new retainer with the teeth and was very nervous going to Dr. Wagner, but I figured I’d check it out since Dr. Duryea handed his practice to him. Dr. Wagner kept Amy and Sherry on the team who are amazing, and the staff I met today were awesome as well. My new retainer is already on order, at a reasonable price, and expedited so that I can hopefully have it before the holidays. I will be recommending Dr. Wagner and his staff to everyone. Thank you guys for being amazing. ❤️
I haven’t had the best experience with other unrelated dentist/ortho offices around this area, but Wagner restored a lot of my faith in the practice. Everyone here is extremely polite, professional and very skilled. It’s not your typical chain Orthodontist office with people that look at you like another number. They truly go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and human. I also appreciate them for letting me come back a 2nd time in the same day without charging me extra as I had forgotten to get fillers removed after I had them remove my braces earlier in the day. Most healthcare offices would have charged you extra for having to come back. Very highly recommend Wagner if you need a trusted orthodontist
Highly recommend Dr. Wagner and his staff. Very professional, timely, efficient and also set expectations of duration of the treatment on point. Very easy to communicate with and made adjustments as needed for emergency visits. I couldn’t be happier with results!
Dr Wagner and his staff are amazing. He work hands on with every single patient. Amy and the rest to the staff are polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this office.
