I had another great visit to Dr. Kostakis office today. Ginny did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and Dr. K made sure to inform me about what needs to be done. Everyone is always so kind and helpful making a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience 😄😄

BEYOND RIDICULOUS! So I had a cleaning scheduled last month, confirmed appt, but woke up the day of with a terrible stomach bug. I couldn’t even keep water down so I called the office that morning and explained I had been VOMITTING so not only did I not think I could make it thru a teeth cleaning, but I did not want to infect anyone else. I was informed by staff that I would be charged $50 for cancelling same day! When I explained again that I was PUKING, CONTAGIOUS, and would have to interrupt to run to the restroom to heave even if I did come, I was told I should come anyway. She also said it was fine if I needed to run to the restroom and puke during appt! I was too sick to PROCESS this level of INSENSITIVE IGNORANCE so I hung up. The office proceeded to charge $50 for the missed appt,

Another great experience! Ginny did an excellent job cleaning and Dr K makes sure teeth and gums are doing well! Andrea and the staff are always friendly and helpful! They make going to the dentist a pleasure! Thank you to all!
