Wade Reynolds, DO, MPH

I am new to the area and called around to get a new patient appointment at different family practices in Lexington because I had 3 days left on my anti-depressant medication. I called Lexington Family Practice and they rudely told me there would no be an opening for 28 days...even after explaining I was going to be out of my medication! I continued to call around and then called Ivy Park Family Practice of which the receptionist was extremely personable and helpful and was able to wiggle me into a spot the next day! Upon arrival for my appointment the ladies were very helpful and i was seen by Dr Reynolds at my appointment time. Dr Reynolds was very friendly and took time to ask questions about my personal life. Oftentimes, it's without saying, Dr. Reynolds's and staff are the most authentic and professional physician office I've ever known. Loving and caring about your overall health. Been his patient since he opened. Under his care, I've overcame a major health crisis a few years ago. Just a small way of saying THANK YOU for all you've done along with your wife, Elizabeth as well as your staff. Thank you for going the extra mile in making sure the best care is administered whether it be within your office or referrals. We appreciate all you've done. Forever grateful

Great experience! I was able to get a new patient appointment that same day after calling several other doctors in the area, all of which had no new patient appointments. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Reynolds spoke to me before I was even finished checking in. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this office!

There are truly great doctors out there. Dr. Wade Reynolds is not one of them. After serving 5 years in the USMC I was in search of a new primary care provider. As many of you know, it is tough to find a Dr. that can see you for a non emergent case within the month. After calling around, Dr. Reynolds was the only physician that had availability within the month. There is a reason why his availability is so broad. I have wasted hundreds of dollars after several appointments with Dr. Reynolds only to receive zero help. After three appointments the piece of wisdom Dr. Reynolds offered was, "I only know a little bit about a lot of things. But you should probably go see someone who knows a lot about a few things". Doctor Reynolds and I'm using that term loosely. Is not only rude! But has the worst bedside manner I've ever seen in a doctor. You ask him questions and his responses was what do you want me to Do about it. Was Just in a big hurry to get out of the room and get you on your way. Wish I could have given him 0 stars but that's not available.
