My cleaning administered by Christina (Chris) Stack was incredibly thorough yet gentle, and I left feeling genuinely taken care of—not rushed or pressured. Dr. Ohan Manoukian took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me thoughtful, honest recommendations for treatment and ongoing care that felt tailored to me, not like a one-size-fits-all plan. They are exceptionally professional, fair, and transparent, which is so refreshing. It’s clear they truly prioritize patient comfort and long-term dental health. My child has been a patient here for about a year and a half, and the dentist and nurses have always been caring and gentle. Unfortunately, there seems to be some miscommunication on the administrative side — I wasn’t notified about any unpaid balance for over a year and only found out during our recent visit. I was surprised to be told it might be sent to collections the same day when I questioned why I wasn’t informed earlier. When I asked to speak with management, I was told there was nothing they could do other than split the payment in two, still requiring the full amount. They also refused to release my child’s dental records because of the balance. As a new client I was impressed by how friendly everyone was. I really liked my hygienist who made me feel at ease. The dentist took time to go over my X rays and check my teeth. He quickly diagnosed a problem my other dentist was unable to address. Great experience.
