I have a frozen shoulder and was referred here by a friend. Sam is my PT, and he is amazing! He spent a full hour working hands-on with my shoulder, focusing on mobilization. I left my very first session feeling like a new person. The second session was even more helpful. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I’m truly looking forward to getting back to my old self with his help!

Best PT place I've ever been to. Taryn fixed my back in a matter of weeks and I feel the best I have in over 2 years. She also gave me a fantastic game plan for my fitness goals after leaving. Sam (aka Alex, aka Sasha) and Luke are also great. High energy place with an extensive gym setup. Don't expect to come here just to foam roll and get stim. In fact, I didn't even stretch once, and I'm doing great now. This place is legit.

Everyone here is highly skilled and effective. Each patient is given excellent tailored treatment plans that can be generalized beyond the therapy setting. i recommend PPR without hesitation.

Sam got me back to running quickly after a hip flexor injury. I learned a lot about gaining strength with proper form to prevent injury’s in the future. He was very positive and motivating and I enjoyed working with him.
