If you’re looking for a caring, compassionate doctor that goes beyond simply passing out drugs, than this is the doctor you are looking for. He works hard at using education and positive heath change recommendations before prescribing unnecessary medications. He very appropriately will prescribe needed medicine as indicated. He is very nonjudgmental, which as not as common as you think it is. Work with him and he’ll get you in the best physical health possible.

do not, I repeat DO NOT, under any circumstances go to this practice. i went last year for my annual physical as a new patient and was very surprised at receiving what appeared to me to be a very perfunctory exam. I chose to continue with Dr. Kiegwin, to see if this is how he operated for a new patient, as his reviews were positive, and the process of locating a new doctor is so difficult and stressful. I had many issues with their office submitting prescription refills in a timely fashion, causing me to have lapses in medicine availability. I returned this morning for my annual physical and upon my arrival was informed that they no longer accepted my insurance. This man. Will and does jump through hoops for his patients. He listens and has a great sense of humor... He doesn't just blow people off. Always gets back to even late night pages for ppl in crisis. Honestly i could write a book about how wonderful this man / Dr truley is. So give him a chance and be patient but you will see that he is actually there for his patients. I have so much respect for him...

Does not accept ANY state insurance(even though some of us pay good money for it), once again being poor in Tiverton is just not OK apparently
