I called for an appointment, they asked for all the insurance information and scheduled the appointment. After everything was done they told me that there will be an additional mandatory test that will be $39 out of pocket for each family member. Never heard of that test before. This was in addition to whatever copay i had to pay for the exam. I tried asking them to opt me out of the test but the lady said it is mandatory at their practice. Never experienced such "mandatory" test before. Looked like a rip off to me. stay away.

Will never go here again! Awful customer service. We walked in for our 3:00 appt but waited another half hour to be seen. When we walked in no one acknowledged us or looked up to say hi. While we were waiting walk-ins were more welcome then us. They were served faster than us and walked out while we still sat waiting to be seen. Finally my wife gets seen and the test lasted maybe five minutes that's it! So seven days later we went to pick up the glasses, the glasses were dirty with finger prints all over the lenses and they didn't even size or fit the glasses to my wife face. I would have gone with my wife to pick up his glasses because this is his second pair ever so he is unfamiliar to supposedly the service you are suppose to get picking up your glasses.
