I had a fantastic visit today at Diablo Hills Dental Excellence. From start to finish, the entire team made the experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. Dr. Nick Palano was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Brenda, the dental assistant, was equally wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed. Cindy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made check-in seamless and ensured everything was organized. I always look forward to my appointments. The atmosphere is always professional. The staff is welcoming and caring toward patients. They perform tasks thoroughly and without pain (I’m deathly afraid of dentists all my life). They’ve proven to me that they are true to their word. I’m happy when I arrive and I’ve put my trust in them since they became my dental office of choice. I highly recommend Diablo Hills Dental Excellence.

I had an appointment with someone that I never saw before but he had been there for years. I don't remember his name but he was very thorough and communicated with me throughout the whole process of cleaning of my teeth and the examination. Great service as always!

Excellent service. I am very comfortable going to the dentist, again. Everyone is so friendly and make sure you are not feeling pain. Reception girls are awesome too….I have referred my daughter and grandchildren. They all had good things to say..

The Clerks, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, and the Dentist’s are very kind. The team has gone above and beyond accommodating when needed.
