1st time here and had a great experience with Dr Schwartz after my cat bite. He was also nice enough to get me my first dose of antibiotics from the hospital. Everyone from the front desk to the exam was lovely. Thank you for seeing me last minute!

I was balanced billed and overcharged by Dr Mikhail Khaitov (two times), gaslight and never compensated for the amount I overpaid. They make you sign a shady paper that states "I agree to not pay in-network insurance rates and instead I will pay higher list prices to Dr Khaitov" which in itself is an illegal thing to ask of the patients and such paper has no legal bearing - if the doctor is in-network they have to honor in-network rates. They get all those patients that find them via insurance platform and Zocdoc as in-network, but then you come to the office and they are like "oops we can't charge you such small in-network rates" - because of doctors like that our healthcare system stinks. Amazing place. Came here when another ugent care told me that nothing was wrong. Dr. Shwartz diagnosed me and gave me the right antibiotics which made me feel back to normal two days later. Really appreciate the fast and honest service. Could not recommend this place enough.
