I really don't like giving out one star reviews. Especially when i've never had an issue with this place before. And everyone has always been very helpful. But sometimes it's necessary when they clearly are just trying to make money off you for no reason whatsoever. I really don't care what they charge the insurance company that's what I pay for but when you try to charge me $100 again saying it's policy. And the doctor that originally saw me was not there. So I would need to see another doctor how convenient for them. My original doctor gave me his phone number and said if I need anything. Don't hesitate to call. I did I text and I got no response I only missed 1 day at work and was wearing the boot this whole time. They said I should only need to where it two to four weeks or less if I

The doctor was amazing, she was caring, compassionate and informative. The front desk staff was very kind and patient however, the nurse that took us back was a little off putting, felt like we were being rushed out the door like our presence there was a bother to her. Other than that the experience was good today!

I have been to this Urgent Care for my baby, my children, and for myself, and every time the experience has been excellent. The medical staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They treated my baby and my kids with so much care, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. The reception staff is also amazing — very friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everyone is respectful, attentive, and truly cares about the patients. The service was exceptional, and I am very grateful for the outstanding care we received. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to families and anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality medical care.

Excellent Service..clean and comfortable..nurse and doctors are amazing. Very clean office. Outside very clean...check in was easy. You check in with the computer the give you..take a picture of your medical card and once you hit next your pretty much checked in. My visit in the front was about 3 mins and I was called to the back. Wonderful experience. Thank you very much. I went for a swollen eye.

Very clean and professional. My appointment was at 10:10, I was called back by 10:30. PA was very good and knew what she was doing. I had to go to the Bensalem Vybe for chest xray. Before I was home, PA was ringing my phone sharing the results of the xray. All in all, a great experience 👍🏼
