I just want to thank my PASUP, Lori Bodenheimer and the other staff members that helped me at the Vybe Urgent Care in Havertown. Their care and service was top notch. I appreciate everything they did to help me with a bad cut I had recently received on one of my fingers.. her assistant soaked my finger for me and when Lori came in. She took care of the cut and wrapped it up for me so I definitely appreciate her care and service. Thank you Lori!!

Best CDL physical in over twenty years. Marybeth and Lili were both polite and very professional. They were very calming and friendly. They were able to get me in and out while juggling a lot of other people. Very satisfied with this Experience!! Thanks for the quick turnaround!!

I once before went to this urgent care with no issues. My second time going and I can assure you I won’t be returning. The check in staff was nice and answered questions I had. The medical assist was fine and nice but I cannot recall if she asked me if I was on medications, however I didn’t think to disclose bc it was an unrelated issue. When the NP Jenna came in she was very rude about the fact that I don’t share the medications. It was just not a warm and welcoming visit. I felt like very unsettled by the entire exam.

I had such a great experience thanks to Katie! The PA…..She was incredibly sweet, caring, and professional from start to finish. Even though the clinic was short-staffed that day, she had such a positive attitude. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes above and beyond for their patients, and Katie absolutely did. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. Cyber Urgent Care is lucky to have her! Thanks again for taking great care of care of my girls

I came in this morning without a appointment. They took me back so quickly, Kim at the front desk was so nice! My CNA was amazing as well. The nurse practitioner if I got that correctly, gave me some great advice. I had a test they had to do with prescriptions and I was out of there in less than an hour. I highly recommend!
