While visiting family for the summer, my 11yo had a wire come loose and it started poking the inside of her cheek. This was around 9pm on a Sunday, so no one was available to help. We were 300 miles from our regular orthodontist, and camp started the next day. First thing Monday morning I called the nearest Orthodontist with a 5 star rating and asked if they could help a non-patient with an emergency. They were very gracious and gave us an appointment right after camp that day. My kiddo was nervous, but it was clear from the moment we walked in that people were friendly and wanted to help. This is the most beautiful dental ( medical) office I have EVER been in! It's so inviting, bright, colorful, consciously decorated with amazing taste! I would go back just to enjoy the space once more. It's like being inside an HGTV makeover spa space. Now to add to the beauty of the space is the staff. We had a consult to discuss braces for my kid and it couldn't have gone smoother if it was scripted. Everyone, from the lovely lady who talked to us to the orthodontist himself, were extraordinarily gracious, helpful and patient. It came natural to them to be so kind and informative. Their services are affordable and they're willing to work with you, and there was no pressure. I have no doubt my kid will get her braces done here after the recommended follow up time.
